Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or Trial order (wholesale only). This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged in advance for the duration of which the deliveries will be made based on the frequency.
Eg. If you choose weekly deliveries on a monthly subscription – you'll be charged monthly fee upfront, and products delivered weekly * for that month.
* Based on 4 Weeks / month.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
If your next weekly order is on our growing phase, you'll be charged for the order(s) before cancelling your subscription.
Pre-orders
We GROW-TO-ORDER. When you purchase product(s) from our store that are not a subscription, you pay for the order and it is considered as a pre-order, since we begin growing for you only after receiving your order.
We do not necessarily have products in stock always, due to nature of how we grow them and limited shelf-life.
Thus, based on the cut off day, we will put you on our current/next grow cycle and deliver it based on home delivery schedule. Check our Shipping policy for more.
Trial Order (Wholesale only)
We offer a no-commitment 'trial order' to restaurants and grocery clients to try our products with their customers and if you want to incorporate our products on regular basis – we can put you on weekly standing par at no-minimums.
