Tired of limp herbs and sad salads; frustrated by the lack of fresh, local, truly nutrient-dense food options, we decided to grow our own microgreens!

What we found? A whole world of flavour, nutrition, and possibility — packed into every bite.

Friends started asking for samples. Then cafés. Then chefs. Before long, Daily Nourish was born — not just as a farm, but as a way to reconnect people (and even their pets!) to living, nutrient-rich food.
